for me these hormones 😩 I barely eat some days then other days I eat all day 😩 🙃

We eat with our eyes & once the food is actually in front of us, we get really full for some reason . I’m getting more in tune with my protein intake more so I try to find foods with high protein so I don’t have to force meals

not very lady like I don’t use the bathroom either

I genuinely forget to eat sometimes 🤷🏾‍♀️

The funny thing is, a lot of us won't eat up to two or three times a day, but when we eat, WE EAT😂😂
