Man, why can't we call people who follow us on socials "buddies" or "friends" or "fans" instead of "followers"? Everyone gets so excited "woo I gained 1,000 followers!" while the rest clap in achievement. It takes the human element out of it. Like everyone's a bunch of drones :( That's a whole person who likes you for you- or one reason or another. They're cheering you on! They should be called lil buds. Idk maybe it's just late at night and I'm sleep deprived so I'm getting in my feels.
