Lordy.....I'm getting O.L.D. I think I have what is referred to as Frozen Shoulder. And let me tell you it's way worse than it sounds. Thankfully it's in my non dominant arm but my god I never knew how much I used my left arm for mundane things until now and it hurts to do even the smallest things. 😫😭😭😭 Getting old sucks. 👩🏼‍🦳
