Had a blast this morning representing the Road Runners Club of America at the Central Region 10 mile championship in Grand Rapids. The race was conducted by the Brian Deimer Family of Races and hosted by RunGR. I ran it at marathon pace and felt great! Even managed a 2nd in my age group to 3 time Olympian and bronze medalist Brian Deimer!
