Just asked my husband if he would have ever done this to me (I did tell him specifically not to for our wedding but apparently he forgot I did) and he said "no - why? That's so dumb." It's not funny. There will be plenty of opportunities in your life to smush cake in each other's face. At your wedding is not one of those times.
