Much fewer now that I do this: - train for it in the gym (kettlebells are a fav) - drink LMNT in water the morning of - take a magnesium & epsom salt bath once I get home - change shoes during reception

Weight training in a gym or PT is a game changer for this.

I think sports photographers suffer more ! Cramped positions and heavy lens and now often having to hump heavy kit around on public transport (especially in London) or driving 500 mile round trips in a day

No because I do an ice bath the day after

It's literally a 2 day hangover

Been a photographer for 19 years fulltime. Stopped shooting weddings because I always felt beat the next day 🤣
