Yea same. I only pump if my baby is sleeping and a boob is about to explode. I use it for milk baths and building a stash in case anything happens to me and my husband can still feed her breast milk. But she’s never had a bottle. But pumping is a big part of breast feeding for a lot of moms…I think that’s why there aren’t many of us who will never and have never given our baby a bottle.

You could say exclusively nursing, but I’m not sure those groups really exist. If your child is fed breast milk only they’re EBF, whether it’s via a bottle, cup, syringe, or straight from the tap.

It’s because a majority of moms are being told or otherwise led to believe they need to pump in order to breastfeed successfully. The rise of wearable pumps doesn’t help.

EBF mom, here 🫶🏻 It is a lonely and unique experience, especially for working moms! I’ve had the privilege of WFH and EBF for just over a year! I watched my sister with her 3 children which is the only example of EBF I’ve seen ever. So thankful for her example of this option as it has been the right fit for us!

You could search for La Leche League group on Facebook and maybe there's a regional or country specific on Instagram too... Though, Pumping is also breastfeeding but I know as an EBF mom, we have a whole bunch of weird questions we'd like to get answers for!!
