Are you asking why a junior executive didn’t take the kind of actions a full executive would, vastly overstepping her status and not following any manner of protocol? Did you expect her to lead a mutiny against the executive suite? She did a great job in the position she was in. And since you keep on demanding to bring back in the guy who already proved he couldn’t do the job under any kind of pressure, it sounds like you don’t really care about this. So I’m not sure where this is coming from
