This evening still holds a special place in my heart as my dear grandmother celebrates her 82nd birthday. 🌿✨ She is the only grandmother I have left with, the one from my father’s side, and her presence in my life has been a true blessing. I was raised by my late maternal grandmother (nkgono ya mphileng khudiso)—may her soul continue to rest in peace—who shaped much of who I am today. After her passing, my paternal grandmother couldn't wait to step in and play a significant role in my life.
