So today I get a call from a customer wanting to know where his parts are? I told him I received a box from you 2 days ago but I haven’t gotten to it yet and he proceeded to berate me about putting rush on his paperwork, I told him my ex ray vision is broken and can’t see the paperwork through the box. He’s quite for a moment, then remembers Ive told him in the past too right RUSH on the outside of the box. Some days I get a dozen or so boxes and others I can get fifty or more.
