1. You can see success while drinking alcohol, BUT expect it to be much more difficult. My tip is to reduce it.
2. Celery juice cleanses aren’t needed. They also do sound...not delicious.
3. Sugar isn’t inherently bad. It’s mismanaged.
4. Coffee has a net hydrating effect. That doesn’t mean only drinking coffee.
5. Cardio is awesome for life. Not necessarily fat loss. Food wins there.
