After a month of no exercise, I was scared shitless to get to my cycling class. It took me a whole 5 days to muster the courage, but once I clipped, it felt great and it feels like I never left! I thank my wonderful instructors at absolutecyclethailand for the wonderful energy, and I terribly miss feelcycle_official I can’t wait to visit
