If you're being a pedant there's no such thing as an English accent or a Scottish accent or a Welsh accent. I live in Yorkshire and you can drive 8 miles and the accent has changed four times! Pedantry. Don't you love it. Also if the person was wanting an accent from these isles, then British would be the correct ask for an accent from England, Scotland or Wales.
