Hard truth: you salary is directly tied into your ability to be an asset to the company you're at. Assets rarely get laid off, are almost always paid well, and tend to have the most flexible schedule which allows for them to have lots of holidays. Why? Because they PROVE their abilities. They don't thumb around. When they're present, they're making strong impacts...so much that companies are paying them to NOT Vaca 🤣 I always say " make them miss you when you're gone" Assets thrive.
