4 days before i’m due to give birth, so here are the 4 things i discovered on my IVFJourney: 4. eggs take 90 days to mature. optimise quality by eating right, minimising toxins, quit booze, move, manage stress 3. make-up & scents are toxic for follicles, you’ll be barefaced for your egg retrieval & ET. i quit fragrances, PFAs, plastics for glass & natural fibres 2. it’s invasive, hard & isolating. timelines & outcomes can be out of your control—have grace for yourself 1. it just takes an egg :)
