heavy on this! got verbally diagnosed at age 34. then when I took the audio-visual test, I “passed” at age 35 because of my hyper focus. I was so mentally and physically drained after that test that I refused to take other tests for a formal diagnosis in order to get a prescription. just happy that I understand my inattentive ADHD now. it’s truly helped with the way I think & feel about myself.
