Social media is a gnarly landscape, you can say what you want, claim to be an expert, and not be one. Comments get overwhelming and a bit frightening with the ability to keep you up at night if you aren’t used to it. So many people are tight lipped about this cancer in our industry because of that backlash of defensiveness, but they are absolutely right to speak on it. Our industry is in a monumental shift, and in that shift is room for growth, but also room for people to exploit our industry.
