A little weekend reminder for anyone who needs it ✨
I get overwhelmed very easily and sometimes struggle to manage my feelings & emotions. So after pausing and taking some time to reflect, these are some questions I asked myself.
Tips for when you’re feeling overwhelmed:
-write down what you’re feeling ✍🏻
-make a list of what you need to do 📋
-priories the important stuff first 1️⃣
-fuel your body with the correct food 🥗
-stay hydrated 💦
-take a deep breath 😮💨
