I do both, somehow on YouTube it gets more views than listens on podcast, but I most certainly thinks the listeners hear it all.

Usually audio so I can listen while doing chores or going for a walk but I also watching video podcasts if they're available

I prefer audio, but if there’s a video, I love having it open on another window. Even just to glance at every few minutes.
