If Apple wasn't so concerned with creating the most unique possible experience, they could come out with a similar product, with deep integration into your messages, etc... and that would be a real moat. The AI would be way more useful. I feel bad because Meta really has the right product mix here, but their advantage is a bit tenuous unless they can go deeper.
