Absolutely. But MAGA isn’t the same as conservative.

Liberals are just politer conservatives.

For better or worse, liberals believe that institutions are the best mechanism for a free and equal society, and they are often reluctant to implement radical measures that might destabilize institutions. This is a type of conservatism. Conservatives, ironically, have a greater appetite for radical change to government - so long as it is in service of a reactionary cultural agenda reinforcing what they view as a naturally hierarchical society.

Conservative is opposite to progressive. Liberal is somewhere in between anyway.
