Definitely & always be careful of who you trust with such intimate details of your business. Do the research. I will say as an internationally certified coach that underwent almost a 1.5 years of training and recertification & testing every 2yrs, NOT ALL COACHES ARE FRAUDS. and there is an International Board of Coaches that maintains a very strict code for dealing with such intimate details of a human & their business.
