I'm also a beginner runner. At the beginning, it's very hard to run back-to-back without getting injuries. It might be best to incorporate some cross training. For me, I swim on some days as my active recovery routine. You can also try to do some weight training. Remember to listen to your body, take rest when needed and good luck with your running journey.
