I’m Asian and love salad greens and am not a big fan of rice (as in I can’t eat too much of it). In fact, i feel sick if I eat a “traditional” sized portion of rice or wheat. This is why I’ve been making my own bread since the pandemic. My most recent version is lower carb and lower gluten using flax seed meal, psyllium and the grains used are mostly sprouted ancient grains. Weird or not?
