I’d love to have a convo with the algorithm engineers at @Spotify - when I open the app I need more of “Hey this is a really cool thing you didn’t know about!” vs “we’ve tracked your clicks and read the data and statistically the square peg goes in the round hole”… I’m not an engineer, er- THAT kind of engineer- but what happened to the OG exploration/suggestion vibe that I got as a new user with the app? Asking because I want to love the company/service like I once did… royalties aside…
