View from the other side of the table: Had an interview once where the CEO was a cross between David Brent and Wolf from Gladiators.. Spent the whole interview boasting about himself and how he ran the office. Didn't ask me a single question. Didn't want the role but when I asked for feedback, the recruiter said "He really liked you". And I thought: how would he know?

Maybe he was drawing unemployment and had to submit proof he was interviewing?

I once went to an interview where the store manager who made the appointment was 45 minutes late because she took her lunch break, she ignored the calls from her staff. When she finally arrives back in the store she begins to eat her lunch while interviewing me. Then tells me she plans on hiring 10 people and giving them 1-2 days of training.
