I've had a neck injury this week + sick baby and I feel my internal anxiety meter going up about how long it's been since I sent an email to my community... but I'm reminding myself 1 week is not long when I've been consistent for YEARS and I can ALWAYS just pick up where I left off. And when I'm ready, my people will still be there. Silly brain trying to tell me otherwise 🧠🤭
