So lets talk running and trail behavior … i personally dont know have not ever witnessed impolite runners on trails on training runs … but yeah common sense stop immediately get off trail for horse riders or people with dogs they are having issues with … pass other people cautiously give notice you are passing also assume they wont hear you at all
