Some guy just have rapey eyes.... Not even Prem Chopra or Ranjeet type, just straight up rapey eyes, that even makes guys uncomfortable. It's fair to mangle their face cause as guys you know what they are thinking, as guys we choose to not acknowledge, but we always know who is thinking what, even if they don't act on it.
