(I have whole home filter & softener ) but I’m confident warm water taste different than cold. My tap DEFINITELY tastes different than my fridge and alkaline tap (both go thru another filter to add minerals back lol) because of this I’ve become more attuned to water bottle tastes and have a shit list atm

And to add I’ve STOPPED smelling waters bc then I won’t drink any of them, mineral water smells wack but taste like nectar from the gods. As for sound I tend to ignore differences in water or else my mind goes off and overthinks
