Just listened to the JD Vance interview on Meet the Press about tariffs. Before you start slapping tariffs on imports from China and other countries look at the labels on the products you bought in the last few months and see where they are manufactured. I’ll start with shoes … 98% of all footwear is imported!! We don’t have factories to make shoes or most imported products. Check out furniture,textiles. We don’t have the capacity to produce them!! Prices will go up!! Business 101!!
