Anyone here suffer from hernias?! And before anyone comes here being smart, yes, I have seen my doctor. I'm just wondering if anyone has tips that have helped them deal with them. I had surgery for a large one 9 years ago and it gave me issues on and off all those years. I requested a second opinion only to be sent to the same doctor who did the first surgery. Now I'm suffering from a 2nd small one that started to hurt 3 days ago. I'm looking at a second surgery and I'm just frustrated.😭
