Let’s talk about cycle syncing 🩸 I am into the idea of cycle syncing and living more cyclically and seasonally. HOWEVER… I am 10 months postpartum and haven’t gotten my cycle back yet. I’ve had 3 kids in 4 years and have only cycled a handful of times, literally like 2 or 3 cycles between each kid 😅 (1/2)

幾秒內	Lydia \| Holistic Business Mentor for Moms livewhollyyou	So I have more of a general chart of how I tend to ebb and flow throughout the month that isn’t necessarily tied to my menstrual cycle and I also keep the lunar cycle in mind 🌙 I am actually looking forward to being able to finally get into it more fully when my cycle returns 😂 Until then… Any other suggestions or thoughts about “cycle syncing” when you aren’t actually cycling???
