update: I called RCBC CSR again and was informed na hindi pala nag-file ng dispute ‘yung kausap ko kahapon. Good thing tumawag ako ulit to confirm if lalabas ba sa statement ko this month ‘yung unathorized transactions. This time, I made sure to ask for the ref# para sure na na-file. Nakakaloka. Will call them again next few days to follow-up. Bakit ako magbabayad ng amount na hindi ako ang gumastos? 🙃
