- berries
- red meat (ground beef, steak)
- eggs (especially the yolk)
- sourdough starter (make whole wheat breads, pastas, pancakes etc)
- cooked veggies (carrots, leafy greens, broccoli, mushrooms)
- red lentil pasta
- chicken & beef bone broth
- regular & sweet potatoes
