One positive habit that truly changed my life is committing to move my body, no matter what mood I’m in. I’ve found that even on the toughest days, getting up and doing some form of exercise, whether it’s a quick stretch, a walk, or a full workout, always shifts my mindset. I love showing up for myself and proving that I’m stronger than any negative thought! 💖
