3am thoughts 💭 working in the civilan sector sucks. Civilians don’t truly understand teamwork. I can see now, why SOME military personnel have a hard time adjusting to a workplace outside the military. I’m not saying it hard to work as a civilian. But we just have different work ethics and expectations. veteranlife
