All people need to eat, but not everyone should advise a breast cancer survivor on what to eat. I’m speaking as an oncology dietitian, but I’m also advocating for thrivers who are inundated with unhelpful advice. breast cancer

I guess my oncologist and team of Doctors forgot to give me that information in my 6 months of treatment.. Everyone is an expert cause they saw it on social media. 🤷‍♀️
