I feel it’s after she burns KL. She was so angry in that moment on Drogon when we can see the pain on her face turn to anger. At this point, I don’t blame her for not trusting anybody anymore (meaning leaving her enemies alive). And it’s only after that, she really starts saying crazy things like “I know what’s good”. We never saw that from her until that moment. If she was really psycho, she wouldn’t have been listening to anybody. But she did until after she burned it down.
