At the end of the day, I remind myself that whether people choose to stay or leave is entirely their choice. I am confident in who I am and proud of the company I keep with myself. I approach others with pure intentions, treating them with kindness, compassion, and respect. If they appreciate it, that's wonderful; if not, that’s their decision. I won’t force anything. I may lose time, but I will never lose the goodness within me.
