Charged but by all means, we were all scratchers. Unprofessional, self taught, ghetto ass artists. The apt was the hangout spot of the block. It was “lit” for lack of a better term. Even though it was unprofessional, illegal, questionable even, we all loved tattooing. We put in the work to do as best as we could on every piece, we kept everything clean (enough lol) and we enjoyed it. Our clients appreciated it and we kept getting referrals. Eventually I left because I wanted to do more/ they 4/9
