Tattoo's, no matter how well they are applied, expand and distort over time cause your skin is a living organ. AT 16 that organ isn't even done developing. It's like drawing on a deflated balloon with a sharpee then blowing it up. It's also the reason why a lot of artists advise against tiny tats and instead encourage larger more legible designs.
