I’ll propose a change in housing legislation to end homeless. Every city must create a fund with a progressive % on every residence rented, the mean rate must be greater than 1%. This fund will be used to avoid evictions, helping families up to 3 months. The amount of fund must be doubled by the municipality to provide Housing First to those already in homeless situation. 🧶
