When you've played survival horror games from when they started being made, it's possible most horror films will seem kind of blah but I must say, I found the original The Blair Witch Project extremely disappointing. It was incredibly boring; shaky cam is not fun ever, people being dumbasses are an embarrassment and extreme closeups of snot is more disgusting than horrifying. I wondered if the "scared" people were just going along with what was asserted in the trailers. 🤔
