1. Dim the lights an hour before bed. Try reading or going for a walk rather than watching TV.
2. Try having dinner at least 2 hours before bed. Pair it with a post meal walk and you’re golden! If you like a hot drink to wind down try herbal tea and honey!
3. Practice meditation while you fall asleep. Quiet your mind & write down your thoughts before bed so they don’t keep you up all night!
