We don't only have "reports," which I assume refer to news reports, but it's unclear. We have her background, her record as a senator, her projects as VP, what she's said since her campaign started, and a variety of other sources. Sure it is a bit more difficult to put together, but there is a lot more out there than reports. To be clear: I would love comprehensive policy to make it easier for all voters, but especially the undecideds, to see and understand what her plan is.
