has anyone ever used Zoom like a webchat without anyone using voice/camera? I'm considering a chat option in addition to the existing video call for my live tarot readings so there's something interactive for my introverts. I currently use Calendly/Zoom for instant scheduling and payment so still want that kind of automation. I still want it to be a scheduled & set duration appointment and definitely not via social media messaging but open to other suggestions. (ps please & thank you)
