I left my 10-year career as an editor and writer at 31 to become a professional photographer, and I was sure that I was starting over too late. I wasn’t! I’m so glad I took the chance. Now at 41, I wouldn’t change a thing (well, if I could change anything, I would’ve put away more savings before leaving my 9-to-5 to go full-time self-employed, but that’s a different thread)
