Feel blessed by all the Ramen options in Portland Oregon, but four of the ones I wanna go to tonight are closed on Tuesdays RIP. Toya, Wu-Rons, Baka Umai and Fat Kitty (new shop, but it stems from Boxer Ramen) for the record. Guess I'll try a bowl from the new spicy Afuri spot... Shoutout to Kinboshi, I want to get some lunch from them soon.
