I set a full body fitness test for myself to do once a week as a challenge to improve…(all with 12kg KB) 100m row 10 front squats 10 side crunches 10 deadlifts 10 bent over rows 10 weighted crunches X10 rounds for time! 40.26mins Can’t wait to challenge my time next week! 💪🏽
